"Pretty easy to use overall"
I’d probably give Kongrolls 4 stars. It was straightforward to browse, and I didn’t have much trouble finding what I was looking for. A couple of pages loaded a little slowly for me, although that might’ve just been my connection or maybe the site was busy at the time. Overall, it was simple enough to use and didn’t feel confusing

"Solid quality after a couple weeks"
I’ve been using these for a couple of weeks now, they’ve been better than I expected. The rolls feel sturdy, burn evenly, and I haven’t noticed any weird taste or issues with ripping. For the price, I really can’t complain

"It actually got here way faster than..."
It actually got here way faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. That said, I did feel a little misled by the original shipping estimate because I was expecting a much longer wait. No issues with the delivery itself, though.

"I had a little issue with my..."
I had a little issue with my order from kongrolls.com, nothing huge, but it was enough that I felt kind of annoyed about it. I sent them a message they got back to me faster than I expected and didn’t turn it into some big annoying process.
The person helping me just seemed genuinely nice and like they actually paid attention to what I was saying. I don’t know, it just left a really good feeling overall. They fixed it without any stress, and I’d definitely order from them again

"Didn’t feel worth it"
I just felt like I paid way too much for what I got. The portions seemed really small, and maybe I was just extra hungry, but when something costs that much I kind of expect it to look like more food. So yeah, not really worth the money for me.
